Our appraisal system allows everyone to receive feedback following each significant project, or at least once a year. This provides the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussion with a mentor. It also means a career development plan can be drawn up, which includes training requirements, project types, international transfers, flexible working hours, and so on.


Allowing talents to flourish and develop

Our rapid development means that a variety of career opportunities are available for everyone: taking on responsibility at an early stage, transfers within the country, international transfers and so on. The management team and the HR department will take your wishes into account.
